“Does this system work in Europe? Is there a card slot for european maps?”

• I read on Garmins website you can down load European map to store locally on the GPS as there is an SD card slot on the back of the system.

• This model will work for car navigation in Europe with the purchase of City Navigator® Europe mapping pre-programed on an SD card.
