• There are two different voice commands. For Garmin, I say ok Garmin...... For Alexa, the same, hey Alexa. It seems like talking to two different people, ha ha....... Garmin is the one I use most, super simple. Just sometime it doesn't understand what road I am saying. The app is nice and I can type it in and send it to the GPS.

• Not exactly. The Garmin DriveSmart™ 65 with Amazon Alexa voice command uses OK Garmin for navigation commands and Alexa for all other commands.
