Q: QuestionWhich GE models will fit in the same brackets as model JE1860WH04? Thanks.
Asked by jnequest.
- A:Answer Hi jnequest- We certainly appreciate your loyalty! Trim Kits are not interchangeable. A trim kit consists of the trim frame, as well as an upper, lower, and rear duct that attaches to and encases the microwave inside the cabinet cut-out. It is important to only use the trim kit designed for that model. The comparable model is GE Profile™ Series 2.2 Cu. Ft. Built-In Sensor Microwave Oven PEB7227DLWW. It is compatible with GE® Required 27" Built-In Trim Kit JX7227DLWW and GE® Required 30" Built-In Trim Kit JX7230DLWW. This question was asked about the related product: GE - 1.6 Cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave with Convenience Cooking Controls - White
- A:Answer Hi- Thanks for choosing GE! It is not possible to determine the product failure rate, lifespan , life expectancy, or life cycle of an appliance, even an approximate age. There are many variables involved, like: frequency of use, type of use, location of appliance (ex. high humidity; near the ocean; etc.), care, and maintenance. The result of thorough research and rigorous testing, our microwaves are designed for years of dependable performance. Even the best appliances don't last forever. So how to know when to repair or go ahead and replace. See the following link- REPAIR VS.
