A:AnswerIt works just fine. We went from a Bosch front load to this since it was the only washer we could find available during these difficult times. It is load but I am happy it does a nice job cleaning our clothes.
A:AnswerThe machine has an automatic sensor to determine the amount of water for the amount of clothes put into the washer. It seems to do a very good job!
A:AnswerHi there, thanks for reaching out to check! For exhausting information, we'd recommend taking a look at pages 12-14 of your installation instructions. We recommend venting as short and and straight as you can to maximize the unit's exhaust effectiveness. The parts/tools that you'd need to exhaust your unit can be seen on page 12 in the installation instructions as well. If you have other questions or concerns, feel free to let us know. -Michael@GEA
A:AnswerHi there, thanks for asking! Unitized washer/dryer units only have one power cord. There is not a separate cord for the washer and the dryer. Electric models, such as this one, should be connected to a dedicated 120/240V or 120/208V 30-amp time-delay fuse or circuit breaker. The 240/208V will power the dryer, and the unit internally steps it down to 110/120V for the washer. This power cord should be purchased separately; your dealer will be able to further assist with finding a power cord for your unit. Hope this is helpful! All the best. -Michael@GEA

A:AnswerHello. We appreciate you reaching out, and hate to hear you are having an issue with wrinkled clothing; we know that would be an inconvenience. The Delicate cycle allows special care fabrics to be washed gently, but the basket does still fill and the clothes should be getting adequate water as a result; it is not uncommon for them to be barely damp. To help prevent wrinkling, make sure your delicate load is small enough that the clothing can move freely, and use of fabric softener may also help. If you follow good laundry procedures and delicate/"permanent press" clothes still come out wrinkled, the finish may no longer be good quality. But if you are still having an issue, you can certainly reach out to us on social media for further support! All the best -Sarah@GEA

A:AnswerHey there,
Congratulations on recently installing your new unit! We can understand your concern about the noise made by your washer. During agitation, the agitator rotates in two directions. This makes an electric pulsing, grinding, or buzzing noise. We hope this was helpful. Stay in touch! Mike@GEA
