Hello. We appreciate you reaching out, and hate to hear you are having an issue with wrinkled clothing; we know that would be an inconvenience. The Delicate cycle allows special care fabrics to be washed gently, but the basket does still fill and the clothes should be getting adequate water as a result; it is not uncommon for them to be barely damp. To help prevent wrinkling, make sure your delicate load is small enough that the clothing can move freely, and use of fabric softener may also help. If you follow good laundry procedures and delicate/"permanent press" clothes still come out wrinkled, the finish may no longer be good quality.
