Hello- Thanks for reaching out. We are sorry to hear you are having this issue and are happy to help! The washer is designed to move 1/4" to reduce forces transmitted to the floor. This movement is normal. We recommend making sure your washer is level. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try to adjust the pegs under the unit it’s the pegs the unit stands on also remember to take out the coils screw things in the back of the unit. My unit was doing the same thing shaking and moving really bad when it came time to spin cycle
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When mine was installed we noticed that the feet are positioned far enough back that you cannot adjust for leveling without pulling the unit back out. Since this wasn’t an option for me we used a door stop one side and it perfectly leveled the unit. It runs both cycles silently so there’s no vibration. I’ve never had a unit like and wasn’t 100% sure I would like it but so far it’s been great. Good luck.
