• A:Answer Hi Elaine - Thanks for viewing GE Model GFQ14ESSNWW! By design, combination washer/dryers typically do not have lint traps. Lint will be flushed from the unit through the drain line. We recommend cleaning the drain pump filter on a regular basis to prevent build up and allow the unit to drain efficiently. The flow of air takes the lint to a zone that is not accessible to the user, but the buildup is flushed away during the rinse cycle of the next wash. • A:Answer I like my unit but you have to get used to it. I live alone which works well since it's small. I have a queen size bed and do my sheets in 2 loads so they dry better. I also hang a lot of my clothes since they're more delicate. I find that if I leave the door open after a load and let the load air a bit it gets remaining dampness out. Hope this helps.

• A:Answer I wouldn't think so it's a ventless dryer but the problem with it is that you got to drain every three washes water out of the little door at the bottom in the front or your clothes will never dry that's one of the downfalls that I've ran into

• A:Answer You've got a little door that pops open on the bottom of the front of the washer you have to pull the hose out and drain it every three washes it holds water if you don't it's going to flood out and your clothes will never dry that's the downfall with this washer dryer combo

• A:Answer Hi there, this machine washes and drys in one cycle. You can select each individual setting for the cycle, including switching the dry cycle on and off. Washing and drying can also be selected separately as well. • A:Answer You might need a riser on your drain pipe to avoid overflow when the unit is draining. When draining it will discharge more water than a dishwasher would. It is 110 volts, so the power requirement is OK. Check your dimensions of the cabinet opening closely to make sure it will fit.
