Yes, sorry for the delay, but the delivery / installers did a great job with hauling away the old stacked washer/dryer before bringing up the new one to setup. I had my doubts about them doing it before they arrived, because I'm on a third floor walkup, but they had no problem with it. I did have to help them figure out how the stackable came apart as there was a frame involved that also had to be disassembled.
