It's normal for a little bit of water to remain but you usually can't see it if the filter is on. It may be a sign of a clog in the line. Try turning on your garbage disposal to clear any debris where the line connects to the sink.

Your unit has both a Fine and Ultra Fine filter, which is why it's normal to see water in the filter area. Please do keep in mind that the water should not cover the bottom of the tub and should only be in the filter area.
