Yes, it can. There is a bake button or convection button on the top oven to choose from. the bottom oven is the regular oven.

Hi azap- Yes, the upper oven has Convection Bake, Convection Roast, Bake (Traditional), Broil Hi/Lo and Warm modes. The lower oven has Bake (Traditional), Broil Hi/Lo, Warm and Proof modes. The oven gives you the option of "convection bake" or "bake" in the top oven. The bottom oven does not have the convection option. It's a really nice unit that I've been very happy with.

There are separate buttons so you can select bake or convection bake.

The oven has convection, reg bake, and broil features on upper oven. Lower oven is reg bake and broil features—no convection on lowervoven.
