My unit is not ventless and requires a dryer vent hose. Don't know about pounds of clothes but I just washed 3 pairs of jeans and at least a dozen shirts in a single load. Hope that helps
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Mami- The dryer must be exhausted to the outside. The required 4" metal dryer duct is sold separately. We suggest to view the Quick Specs at the following link: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=GUD27ESSM_27GSSM_C3_17.pdf - Pounds (lbs) is no longer used as a rating system for washer capacity. A washer is not limited in practical terms by the pounds or weight of clothes it can wash. It is limited by the volume of clothes that can be put in the machine. Ex. A down comforter can fill the entire machine but weigh very little, while blue jeans are heavy but is typically a smaller load. It has a spacious 3.8 DOE cu. ft. capacity washer. Keep in touch! Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is not vent free and I don’t know the weight of a load but I’d call it large capacity
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is not a box that has to be filled with water. The dryer has just the regular dryer vent and lint filter. The washer tub holds a good size load. I have washed blankets, towels, and larger loads of clothing with no problem. I chose this unit because it had the largest washer tup and dryer barrel of any of the models I saw.
