• I believe most if not all washers spin longer on the rinse cycle. This is in order to remove as much moisture as possible for drying or it would take much longer.

• Good day, This is a great question! Yes, this is normal. Since the spin cycle is preparing the clothes to enter the dryer, it is removing as much of the moisture as possible. We hope this clears things up. Have an amazing day! Mike@GEA
