We found a belt had unattached under the unit. When replaced it drained again.

So sorry to hear that your washer isn't draining and spinning properly and we're happy to help. If the unit isn't draining, make sure the drain hose isn't kinked or improperly connected. Straighten drain hose and make sure the washer isn't sitting on it. Top of drain outlet should be less than 8ft above the floor. If the unit isn't spinning, make sure that the load is balanced. Manually redistribute the items in the load more evenly in the tub, then resume your cycle. If the above doesn't resolve the issue, service may be needed.
