Socks periodically drop outside of the drum. How can they be retrieved? null

We pop the front off occasionally when the unit is completely off and retrieve anything that has been eaten and check to make sure all belts and other parts are still attached properly. It’s quick and easy.

Got mine delivered from Best Buy
 There was a long wait not their fault. Had to do fr a ways away and the ma dates the tru kers have
 I just love it. Especially the s I peroader grezt for quilts
