“Will the tub fill with water when there is a large load? I am replacing a washer that due to its "water saving" feature will fill the tub only 1/3 full even when set to large loads.”

I believe I am having the same problem. Yesterday the washing machine made strange noises as if it was not operating correctly. The water level appeared to be low.
