• Hi PapiGuy, thanks for your question! Dishwashers, some air conditioners, and dehumidifiers are the only of our products currently rated in decibels. We apologize about that. There is an article with several videos on our website that you may find helpful in terms of determining the normal sounds of your unit. Try to search for "Unitized Washer Normal Sounds" to see if that article helps. We would also recommend that you check to ensure that your unit is level.
