Best Buy delivered and installed the washer/dryer.....just make sure that they install the drain hose correctly, as it feel out and we had a small flood in the condo. The next time all was well and they took care of any of the inconvenience and damage that was done. I ordered directly from the store, so I would just make sure that installation is part of the delivery to make sure

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy delivered & installed my machine. I like the machine but they installed it not quite level -- the door to the dryer won't stay open which is a little inconvenient when taking stuff out of the dryer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately, Best Buy only do the delivery at this time. They do not even carry it inside. They said that they would leave it by the door. I had to ask another company to do the installment for me. I have to pay them $190 for installment and $20 to take the old washer and dryer out. It is hard to have them both at the same time , because Best Buy provided a 6 hours time window.
