A:AnswerHI Brie! Thanks for your question. This washing machine uses about 16.34 gallons of water per load. We do not have the exact amount of water used with certain load capacities. We're sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause. We hope this helps! Emily
A:AnswerDelivery and installation was not good. I recommend picking up and installing yourself if you can. The two guys that delivered my unit would be better off driving a clown car. -They lost one of the feet for the washer/dryer unit
They came 2 hours early and didn't call me until they were sitting in front of my house. I was at work and couldn't leave until the original time they said they'd be there.
They banged up my molding around the closet when installing the unit. He noticed it and said,"oops, I didn't do that, did I?' Yes, you did!
Before leaving, they tested the dryer and it made an awful metal on metal grinding noise. He quickly turned it off and told me that they didn't have time to take it back. He did call customer service on the spot and scheduled for someone to come back; however, It took another week to get someone to come take it back.
They also didn't test the washer before leaving. So I turn it on after they left... It didn't work either. They forgot to turn on the water before leaving, so of course the washer didn't work.
One of the guys even left his back brace/belt on my kitchen counter.
One week later, the gentleman who came to pick up the unit was so sweet, but he smelled AWFUL! My entire house smelled like body odor after he left and I had to open all my windows.
So, don't waste your money on delivery. Pick it up yourself if you can.

A:AnswerHi there CJ,
Thank you for reaching out. We're happy to provide assistance. Here are the steps to winterizing your washer. 1)Turn off water supply faucets.
2)Disconnect the hoses from the water supply and drain out the water from the hoses.
3)Remove washer drain hose from drain. Lay hose on the floor and allow water to drain into a shallow pan or on the ground.
4)Carefully tilt the washer by raising the front of the washer 4" to 6" to allow any remaining water in the pump to drain out of the drain hose. For safety, DO NOT do this if the washer and dryer are stacked or the unit is a unitized washer/dryer. After sitting in a cold environment all winter it is best to let the washer "thaw" for 24 hours at room temperature. When it's time to use the washer again, simply connect the hoses at the faucets and turn the faucets back on, plug the washer back in to wall receptacle. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out to us via social media or through our Contact Us page. We hope this helps. Best wishes. Mike@GEA
A:AnswerHi Nancy! Thanks for your question! You can run both the washer and dryer at the same time. There would not be a need to wait for one to finish before starting the other. We hope that this helps! Stay safe. -Michael
