Please try again later.It has to lock during the drain cycle - there is a magnetic lock on the left side of the washer tub, at the top, and the lid should lock on it during the drain / spin cycle. Make sure the lid is level and making good contact with the magnetic lock - My lid was bent a bit during shipping, so I straightened it out, and it works, and drains, great now.
