Hi CharlesJ - Thanks for choosing GE! We are sorry to hear the washer is not operating and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Unitized washer dryer units only have one power cord. The 240V will power the dryer, and the unit internally steps it down to 110/120V for the washer. Be certain both the Hot and Cold water supply valves behind the washer are turned on.
