Hi Summer - Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your GE laundry center. We suggest to reset the electronics. Unplug washer, wait 2 minutes, plug back in and press Start. If you still have difficulty, make sure cord is plugged securely into a working outlet. Turn power off at the circuit breaker for 30 seconds or so. This appliance should be connected to an individual, properly-grounded branch circuit with 240V or 208V single-phase 60 Hz electrical service and should be protected by 30-amp time-delay fuses or circuit breakers. Here's the link to the Owner's Manual: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-90581-3.pdf - To schedule service online, visit GEAppliances.com/service or call 800.GE.CARES (800.432.2737). Keep in touch. We are always eager to help! Sue
