Hi Jade - Thank you for reaching out to us and for your patience. We truly appreciate you choosing this unitized washer and dryer for your home and apologize for any confusion regarding the electrical supply. We are happy to help you with this! This unit should be connected to a 208/240 volt, individual, properly grounded branch circuit with a 3-prong grounding type receptacle, protected by a 30-amp circuit breaker or time-delay fuse. The 240/208V will power the dryer, and the unit internally steps it down to 110/120V for the washer. - The terminal block at the rear of the unit will provide access for either electrical connections using a power cord or for direct wire connections. There is not a separate cord for the washer and the dryer, and the power cord should be purchased separately. We would recommend that you review pages 8-9 for guidance on electrical connections to prepare for this installation. Please feel free to reach back out to us if you have any additional questions about this installation or using this washer and dryer in the future. We are always happy to help! -Eliza@GEA
