  • QuestionDoes this machine have a problem with mold or bad smell? How large is the drum

    • Answer During installation, I asked the same question and there are some precautions you should take to prevent a smell or build up of mold. After washing for the day (not after each wash) leave the washer door open to allow it to dry completely.. I take the extra step of giving a quick wipe in the rubber fold on the door. The drum is very spacious. I have a family of three and the only time I filled it up was when I washed a whole lot of bedding.

  • QuestionMy washing machine has stopped spinning and also pauses itself. I cleaned the filter and tried to reset the computer And/or motor, but the online tips seem like they are for a different model. How do I reset the computer or the motor? Other tips?
