• You are able to use the "Deep Fill" option for the Quick Wash setting. You can also choose the rinse settings you'd like. We encourage you to view the Cycle table with options on page 11 of the Use and Care manual on the product page. -Kacie@GEAppliances

• Yes… you can adjust the water level independently… and no, it doesn’t not skip the final rinse in the quick wash mode… it just runs for a smaller amount of time.
