While we're happy to help, we do not have information to share regarding the lifting of the top of the washer. To clean the wash basket, we recommend using the Bulky cycle. In an empty tub, pour one cup or 250 ml of liquid bleach or another washing machine cleaner into the basket. Choose the Bulky cycle and press Start.
