“Just got washer 7.12.20. Did a normal load using tap cold temp and did not over fill washer. Once finished went to put clothes in dryer. Some clothes soaked and some clothes barely wet, why? This never happened with my Kenmore front load washer.”

I got my machine on 7-8-20 and have not had this problem. I would have the service people come back out and check it. Did you overload the machine? My problem with mine is they didn't balance it and it threw my detergent to the floor which broke and left me with a liquid soap mess all over the garage. they are coming tomorrow to fix it.
