- Answer I need mines done and they told me that it was a separate charge. I m not sure as to how much. I am still waiting on a response. They owe me credit and sent installers that stated that they don’t do it. And when I call I am on hold forever.

QuestionCan this washer handle a king size alternative down comforter?

- Answer I am able to wash a California King comforter in it. I use the bulky setting and throw two tennis balls in as well. I know when I was told to do it, I laughed and questioned it as well. The tennis balls prevent lumps, Good luck.

- Answer This washer does have a more water button. The amount of water used does vary based upon the wash cycle too.

QuestionJust got my washer today and hooked up and the front window has scratches all over, is there a protective plastic on it that I just can't see which is what I am hoping or did GE just fail to protect the door and I am stuck with tons of scratches already?

When measuring with the leveling legs in the shortest position, the height from the bottom of the foot to the bottom of the door is approx. 9.75”. You can use the GFP1528SNWW 16" pedestal to raise the door opening and height of your washer! This pedestal also includes a storage drawer that is tall enough to fit a full-sized laundry detergent bottle and provides multi-use storage. QuestionJust got washer 7.12.20. Did a normal load using tap cold temp and did not over fill washer. Once finished went to put clothes in dryer. Some clothes soaked and some clothes barely wet, why? This never happened with my Kenmore front load washer.

- Answer I got my machine on 7-8-20 and have not had this problem. I would have the service people come back out and check it. Did you overload the machine? My problem with mine is they didn't balance it and it threw my detergent to the floor which broke and left me with a liquid soap mess all over the garage. they are coming tomorrow to fix it.

This front load model washer will use an average of 14.4 gallons of water per cycle as compared to a similar capacity top-load style which will use on average 20.6 gallons of water per cycle. The riser increases the height of your washer or dryer by 7 inches, making it easier to load and unload laundry and allowing you to use the top as a folding surface. This riser puts the unit at a comfortable working level that meets ADA standards. The pedestal raises the washer 16 inches in height and accommodates large additive bottles.
