“Just purchased the GE 550 washer and i notice the More Water option doesnt work with every cycle. For example it does not work with Normal but if I select Towels, it is allowed. Is that how it's supposed to work?”

Hi there, EF - Great question! We're finding that the More Water setting is only available on certain cycles. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
