“I have a GFW550SSNWW and 2 times has come on by itself displaying canceled. I push the off button and it still continues. After about 3 minutes it stops on its own. Why is this happening.? I have only had for about a month.”

Turns out, I may have touched the lock control button and all I had to do was to hold it down for 3 seconds to recycle, but there was nothing in the booklet troubleshooting section that addressed this.
