We do want to make sure you are aware this washer spins at a very high rate of speed to extract the maximum amount of water from the wash load. This design improves the efficiency of your dryer by reducing the residual water in your clothes at the end of the wash cycle. With that in mind, if you're certain the washer is not overloaded so it's possible for the water to be distributed throughout the load or if you're having an issue with the actual wash performance you may want to call GE service at 1-800-432-2737 to schedule a service appointment to have the washer checked. - Vikki@GEA
