Best washer ever! I researched them a long time so I wouldn’t make any mistakes and this machine has everything I need and more but it is not complicated to use and cleans my clothes perfectly! The default cycles are great but everything can be customized if desired very easily. I love being able to pour a whole bottle of detergent into the reservoir and let the machine decide how much soap to dispense depending on the size of the load and even that can be altered if desired. This is very nice when other family members do their own laundry and think More is Better. I didn’t think I would use the phone app but it’s nice getting a 5 minute warning that the wash will be done, then another alert that it’s ready, and the best part is it sends a reminder about 30 minutes later if you forgot to take the clothes out!!! Genius! Buy this one and you won’t be disappointed!

Biggest selling point (in my opinion) is the Microban technology used in the door and the detergent drawer. Where our old washer used to require almost constant cleaning to prevent moldy buildup, this washer has yet to need anything more than a wipe down with a dry paper towel. Running the vent cycle after each wash is easy - just hit play after emptying contents and walk away. So far there’s no complaints with noise or performance. Also, the satin nickel color looks amazing in person. This washer is compatible with the SmartHQ app and easily connects to your WiFi network. The app sends push notifications, which is convenient if you’re waiting on a cycle to end and in another part of the house and unable to hear the noise notification the washer makes. We purchased both the washer and dryer and opted for the professional installation around a month ago and so far couldn’t be happier.

Love my new GE washer / dryer set. We originally purchased the LG 4.5 cu. washer/ dryer set (12 cycle washer) and I just could not get used to not seeing water in my load. So disappointed. It was almost waterless! Fortunately we decided to change it for the GE 12 cycle front load and dryer combo- best choice we could’ve made! The control panel is easy to read (not so with the LG model) and the washer has a light when you open it (not so with the LG model). Also love the feature that allows you to fill up the detergent tank with 50 oz so you dont have to pour detergent for every load. Has so many features that I have yet to use. The smart app is also another great feature... again works even better than the LG model. A little bit more difficult to connect the first time but once you get it, it works great. Highly recommend this washer/ dryer set.

Clothes have never been cleaner, most advanced washer I have ever used. The auto bulk dispense is a game changer, takes out one extra step in doing laundry. Along with the WiFi connection, which notifies you when your laundry is completed. And lastly, the auto fresh venting system really does wonders clearing out left over water to prevent that moldy smell. All in all, obsessed over the washer. Only downside, Satin Nickel is not actually a nickel color, it’s a champagne color. Looks very different than in photos and should have stuck with all white.

This is one the best washers I've had !! Coming from a whirlpool front load it's a good one.. The only thing I don't like sometimes the washer shakes while spinning, but not all the time. I love the light inside of the washer as well as dryer. They are good.

I just received my washer 3 days ago. I like it a lot, but had a couple concerns...when it ran thru the spin cycle, sometimes at times it would shake EXTREMELY hard...more than I thought it should, and was very loud. I think I figured out the problem...when they delivered it, they took out the shipping bolts, but left the shipping brackets on...the directions say to remove those also from the back of the machine or it can become SEVERELY unbalanced. I also was wondering why there is a Cancer/Reproductive Warning P65 label on the machine...does anybody know anything about why that is on there...that concerns me...

We love our washer. It has practical settings and there are many choices to accommodate our family of five and our laundry needs. Laundry always comes out clean including our doggy beds which come out looking like new. It runs very quiet and efficiently. The design is sleek and modern. Delivery and installation were on time and quick.

We absolutely love this washer! Aaaaannnnd the dryer that goes along with it! From the super easy to use settings and steam disinfecting to the automatic detergent dispensing, this thing is just awesome. We definitely recommend getting the pedestals, it makes it even easier on your back, and if your laundry machine is not on the second floor and you don't need the drain pan, the pedestals provide you additional storage room.

Very minimal usage of detergent as we are using the smart dispense but noticed that the clothes are still clean. We connected it to Alexa, and Alexa is notifying us when the laundry is done. The buttons are soft touch but there are instances that you have to press harder as there are times that your taps won't register, still tolerable though. Overall it's a great washer!

Absolutely love this washer! I have never bought a brand new washing machine before. I was fed up with my old, used one I bought and the problems it had. So I bit the bullet and spent the money on this. I did a ton of research on this washer before I bought it. I was not let down! I have had it 6 months now and I couldn't be happier. The only "complaint" I could have is that it doesn't have a designated soak cycle. But I found online there is a way you just start the load and then pause it. Which isn't a big deal. I was worried it wouldn't have a drain cycle because I couldn't find much information on it as it had just hit the market when I bought it. But sure enough it does! I love everything about it. Even the control lock, which has come in handy with my little ones. They started pushing buttons and powered it off in the middle of a cycle. AHHH! But now I don't have to worry about that. The design is gorgeous! My old, used dryer just broke on me so I will be purchasing the matching gas dryer!

We bought this set after our 1st choice was back ordered. I am EXTREMELY pleased! The washer and dryer both are very easy to use, very nice looking and quiet.

Researching several brands and models and this washer was by far the most impressive for the cost. Most front load washers have issues with musty smells if you do not leave the door open. This GE smart wifi enabled with smart dispense technology along with ultra fresh venting system exceeds my expectations and look good as well.

Love my new GE washer and dryer!!! I had the most amazing team from JB Hunt deliver and install my washer and dryer . Jose D and Fernando R are amazing!!! They carried them into the house so it didn’t touch the floor !!! They were so careful and professional with the full installation. Jose D and Fernando R are the only team that I want for any future appliance delivery and installation. I will gladly wait to make sure that I get them again!!! JB Hunt and Best Buy are lucky to have such great employees !!! I definitely feel comfortable with my future purchases from Best Buy and JB Hunt delivery!!!! Thank you!!!!

We absolutely love our GE washer and dryer. We specifically bought this brand for the venting system. We use it every time the washer is done being used and we have had zero smell or odor coming from our washer

I purchased this unit because of all of the new features, plugged everything in, screwed everything on, started to wash and all of a sudden during the very first use while water flowed into the fabric softener compartment, water poured out of the front detergent dispenser down the front of the machine and all over my floor. It will take two weeks to get an appointment for them to come out just to figure out what’s wrong. I asked to send video ahead of time and was denied.

Was very surprised how quiet this GE washer performed. Important because it’s located on second floor. Also like how you can track on wifi. Also it can hold 50 oz of detergent so you don’t have to keep reloading detergent.
