“The manual says to press the My Settings Pad to store setting on my dryer. I don't see a settings pad on the front panel. If like to set the wrinkle guard default to "on."”

In response to the official response to this question...I am staring at my dryer manual right now and the "My Settings" section is missing the "(on some models)" text. Therefore, it seems completely logical that we all would expect it to be available. And, what a completely lame thing to leave off a "smart" dryer. The inability to customize it is not very smart at all.

The "My Settings" option you have seen in your manual notes that this option is only available on some models. While your washer does offer you 12 cycles to choose from, 9 different washer options, and many more features that help you customize your washing performance, it is not one of the UltraFresh models that is equipped with the "My Settings" pad that allows you to create and save your custom settings.
