Hi there - We're so sorry that your washer is shaking and moving during operation. This would be quite discouraging and we can understand your worriedness. When a washer "walks" like this, that can indicate that the leveling legs are not even. Push and pull on the back right and then back left of your washer to check if it is level. If the washer is uneven, adjust the rubber leveling legs so they are all firmly touching the floor and locked in place. You can also want to make sure the load is balanced, and if not, redistribute the clothes inside. More troubleshooting tips can be found on page 28 of the same manual, linked above.
