Hi there. The pedestal isn't included or required for the washing machine to function. There are two different types to choose from for this model. There's the 7-inch pedestal, GFR0728PNRS, and the 16-inch pedestal, GFP1528PNRS. Please reach out again should you have any additional questions. Thanks for considering GE Appliances. -Gina@GEA
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The pedestal is sold separately. I did not order them at the time I purchased the washer/dryer because they were on back order. The washer/dryer set are pretty tall without them but I still wish I would have purchased the pedestals. I do not know the exact name of the pedestals but they will populate as accessories for the washer/dryer when you put them in your shopping cart. Hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The bottom pedestal is sold separately and not required, however, the washer/dryer sits pretty low without it. I think it’s just called GE Pedestal, sales rep will have to confirm the model number to ensure it’s the right one.
