You should be able to plus this into your extension cord and then plug your O2 unit into the Smart Plug.

The Cync Indoor plug will only control electrical devices that are plugged directly into it and switched to the on position. If your oxygen unit has an on-and-off switch when switched on the plug will be able to control it via the Cync, Alexa, and Google Home apps.
