“The specs say that this is a 20 amperage oven, the installer says our breaker switch is 50 amps, he never saw an oven with only 20 amps. Can we connect this unit to the 50 amp circuit breaker or does an electrician need to rewire the oven to the breaker?”

We recommend a 20 amp connection for model PTS7000SNSS. Electrical requirements for the wall oven are discussed in section 5 of the installation instructions. Those instructions can be viewed on Best Buy’s product page for the model, when you go to the ‘From the Manufacturer’ section and scroll to the bottom.
