Pleasant chime, quick preheat cycle, even cooking. Fit perfectly into the spot left by my old oven. Even proofs my bread dough. What's not to love?

We love our new oven. The installers were good and it did not take very long. After we cleaned all the finger prints off we did notice a dent in the handle.

The best oven I’ve ever had. The heat is even. Did a lot of baking.

It works well. Only down side is we have it installed in the island and we have a 1 1/2 year old. Even when you lock the display he is still able to easily unlock it. But other than that we love it.

Happy with this wall oven. Good looks and the easy of operating it are a plus. I love the slide out shelf and the multi level options for the shelves. I tried the convection option for my turkey breast. I t cooked quickly and was very moist.

I love this oven. I'ts cooks everything so evenly. Its quiet and so easy to use. The delivery team was excellent. Best Buy made this an easy purchase and delivery...so thankful for excellent customer service!!

We purchased this item on 5/26, and it was installed 6/4 on schedule. Unfortunately, the installer could not get the oven to operate. It was clear that the User Interface Panel was not working. We asked for a repairman and could not get one to our home until 6/27. The repairman confirmed the installer’s opinion that the User Interface Panel was not working (duh). We told the repair company that the User Interface Panel was not working when we made the appointment and asked that one be provided on the repairman’s visit. The repairman arrived 6/27 but did not have a User Interface Panel. So, another repair appointment was made for 7/8. The repairman replaced the User Interface Panel, and the oven is now working. So, it took over 6 weeks to get an operational oven. We had to make do with a toaster oven during that time. Is there any way this severe inconvenience can be adjudicated?

Love my new oven. In addition to regular baking/broilng it also has convection and air fryer features.

We really like the oven thermometer, the ease of selecting correct baking temperature through oven built in guides. It’s a helper that I never had before in an oven.

Love this oven and so quiet. The internal probe function worked perfectly with my THANKSGIVING TURKEY

Overall, the functionality of the oven is good. The air frying function is definitely a plus. However, the dimension of the oven could be a little smaller, this will help with the cooktop install above the oven. I had to search for the slim cooktop that can work with the oven. The GE cooktop oven does not work when trying to place the unit on top.

We have only used a few times since being installed a few days ago. Love the convection, can't wait to use the air fry option!

Oven has been great and installation team was VERY helpful in understanding the technology and getting it properly and safely installed. Would strongly recommend purchasing from Best Buy.

This appliance look better in real view, it looks really nice. Love the ability to have an air fryer feature. The wall over connects to an app in which you can control it. Also included is a thermometer feature. Love my oven

Awesome upgrade to replace a 20yr old oven. Pre-heats quickly, baked everything evenly, and a major improvement in noise level. Note: Need to use a lower rack to avoid overcooking the bottoms of cookies.

Built in ovens are on the pricier end, but we are really happy with our purchase of this GE Profile. Have had no issues one year in. Love the WiFi connectivity for preheating!

Worked fine until it didn't. Had the main control board replaced twice because the front control panel went black and stopped responding. At first we could reset it by flipping our circuit breaker off for a few minutes. Then that stopped working. The unit is a wall decoration without the controls. When it worked, it took longer than the one it replaced to pre-heat, and the fan can run for an hour or more afterwards to cool back down. It requires a Wi-Fi connection and Internet to access all of the cooking modes. Expected way more from a $2600 oven. If the repair guy cannot find the cause this time around (he had to order a proprietary diagnostic tool that requires a $60/mo subscription), it is getting replaced with the cheapest 30" wall oven I can find. The "smarter" they make these things, the less reliable they become, and the dumber I feel for paying a premium price tag for a sub-par product.

Love it! Easy to use. Holds temp consistently. Side open door is very convenient. Good Purchase for the money. Fussy setup of the app. is only drawback

Exactly what we needed, My mom and wife love it, very quiet and easy to use, my favorite part is the preheat on the why home , so when we get home it’s easy and quick to cook dinner.
