Hi Joanne, yes, when you first set up your Pixel 3a it prompts you to transfer all of your previous data to you new device. If you purchase the unlocked version you will be able to continue to use AT&T as your carrier.

Yes. I just followed the instructions and all were transferred. I'm on Consumer Cellular (using the AT&T network)

Yes. You can do it yourself or take it to the AT&T store.
