• This phone works on GSM and CDMA carriers you are not restricted to either one. Cricket is a GSM network you just go to their website and enter your phones IEM number and it will tell you if it's compatible. Call cricket or visit your local Best buy and they Will show you the number off maybe one of the floor models it's under settings.
