Does the Go pro Karma come with the camera? null

it depends on the model you buy there is one without the camera and one with it the price difference is about $300 bucks at least when i purchased it, it was.

Only if you buy it configured with a camera. It will be stated if its included.

There are different variations. If the product states that it comes with a camera, than it does. If nothing is mentioned, than it does not.
