QuestionIs the product discontinued? I read same, as one of the user mentioned in one of the FAQ. Planning to buy one from US adn will be taking it to India. We dont have Gopro service centre over here so closest would be singapore to get any replacement

- Answer Yes totally dropped. Buy up parts while you can in fact you can't even get the factory care plan on a new drone anymore

- Answer Comes with charger, that simultaneously charges karma battery and controller, the adapter for a Hero 5 which will not work with the hero 4 ( hero 4 adapter is $30 I believe), they have changed the USB connector on the hero 5, 1 battery for the karma, 2 spare blades (6 total), karma grip and backpack.

- Answer Yes, GoPro will be releasing a "Flight Kit" for $599 for those that already bought the grip and camera. Because you bought them all separate it ends up costing you more so I don't advise it but at least you have the option.

- Answer Yes it does come with the karma backpack, as well as the karma grip. If you already have a hero 5 black then buy this one. If you want to upgrade or buy a hero five black then get the one with the gopro because you will save $100 dollars on the camera itself.

- Answer Yes, but you must update the karma, the remote, and the gimbal, and possibly even the Hero 7 black to the latest firmware. Not sure about Hero 7's other than black. Black works, others may not.

QuestionWhat Accessories do i need extra to us this drone that does not come with the package? And this is very important .CAN I FLY THIS DRONE WITH OUT INTERNET AND WITH OUT WIFI? I have a iphone 8 where i will be flying the drone . i have no signal at all.

- Answer The Karma pkg you buy will come with all needed accessories to fly. However there is a pkg with and without the camera. If you don’t already have a Hero camera you will need to purchase that. I had a new Hero 7. You will not need WiFi to fly drone. Everything is done through the included controller. You will need WiFi to perform the updates to the drone,controller and camera. After that is done you are set and ready to fly.

- Answer Absolutely! I have a Hero 7 and it is completely compatible. You will first need to download a heck of a lot of new software as soon as you pair your the karma drone and handle to your wifi. But after that it fits and works perfectly. The only thing I have noticed is that when the 7 is attached to the gimbal part of the drone or handle, the new stability feature is turned off in the 7 since the gimbal is taking over for that feature. I would recommend to buy another battery as well as you will only get 18 min max on the drone battery. The reduced price for this package is outrageously awesome, just to bad that gopro didn't want to continue to create their ecosystem. Hope this helps/

QuestionI read a lot of things saying that they crash a lot, but those are from 2017 or 2018. I just bought the one with no GoPro, I already own GP7, but I was wondering if the drone crashes with my camera, will my camera be covered? if is not my fault of course

- Answer I was told, because we had to buy our camera (the GP7) separately that it would not cover the camera, period. Even tho we have insurance on the drone. Only time it would of covered it is had we ordered the $899 one instead of the $599 one, because the $899 one comes with the camera. (Which in the end would of been cheaper to go with the higher priced one.

- Answer There's not an official minimum temperature rating, but in colder temperatures, the battery drains at a faster rate. Also, if the Karma is exposed to extreme temperatures, do not move it to a location that has a drastic temperature difference. For example, suppose you just finished capturing some footage with your Karma Drone or Karma Grip while hitting the snowy slopes. Take care when bringing them back inside to a warmer environment. Bring a towel to wrap around your device to allow it to acclimate slowly to the new temperature.

- Answer Yes, the HERO7 Black does work with both the Karma Drone and Karma Grip. All of the new features work with Karma Grip and most of the HERO7 Black features will work with the Karma Drone except for live streaming, the photo timer, and TimeWarp.

- Answer 2017, I don’t believe there actually is anything other than 2016 (2015 manufacture?) that have been patched and tweaked.
