• It comes with manufactures warranty for defects. I'd recommend getting the protection plan from GoPro as well. It covers all user damage and they'll replace it, no questions asked

• Comes with a warranty but Best Buy didn't offer any extension & I doubt anybody else would either for a discontinued product. Too bad for Ksrma as they did fix their problem with the battery latch just too late...
