Yes during set up it will tell you in what position you have placed the camera top or bottom and you also have to be careful in what direction you put them because if you set up the lights clockwise but you put in counterclockwise your lights will be off and it’ll take you out of the immersion

Sure can per the Govee manual. Here is also a YouTuber that puts his at the bottom of the TV and it worked just fine. Fast forward if you want to about 4:23 in the video. Yes you can. I don’t find the camera distracting at all. It doesn’t obstruct any view of the TV if mounted properly
