Can anyone tell me how to factory reset the OUTDOOR guardzilla (there isn't a button on the back like the indoor model)...Thanks null

After several hours of frustration...it does have a reset button contrary to Best Buy’s response! The reset button is a very very tiny pinhole that you use a paperclip or thumbtack, I used a paperclip and held for like five seconds or something it is right next to the power plug very small pinhole probably an eighth of an inch to the side of the where the power cord conects. Hopefully my post helps at least one person I normally don’t Reviewer or comment publicly

It doesn't really do a factory reset like the indoor model, but you can get the desired result by opening your guardzilla app, selecting cameras, select the outdoor camera, and delete it. Unplug the camera, then reconnect it as a new camera setup.
