$20 for replacement laptop keyboard, $40 to install. Matt was helping get Office 365 installed on new laptop (had to get new installation code). Before we were finished installing Office 365, another Geek Squad guy already had the new keyboard installed in my old laptop (Impressive!). I don't know if I could have watched, since I was busy with Matt and Office 365.
