“I was told that best buy no longer offers hardware installation on computers. I have tech support from 2015 and this new total tech support no longer have hardware install because they are not trained in the stores anymore. Is this true? I asked in store”

Yep they no longer install motherboard,heatsinks..etc. the only thing mainly do is remove viruses. So if you put in a motherboard in a new desktop case and asked them to plug the cables in where there suppose to plug in they tell you not a able to do the work and agasint the policy and go to a small pc repairs stores. This going on October 13 2021.
