I actually did this once, but I assembled, performed burn-in, and installed O/S and software myself.
If you feel incapable of assembling the system yourself, Geek Squad might assemble it for you - but at a price.
You may be better off choosing your favorite brand, log on to their website and customize a system that meets your needs.
It may be more expensive that way, but you will get a guarantee (warranty) and all O/S and software will be installed as requested.
