Hi Sasha714 – A motherboard install would need to go out to the service center, and that means turn time could vary depending on part availability. We may not be able to get parts for a MSI computer, so I’d suggest calling us at 1-800-GEEKSQUAD (1-800-433-5778) to set up a reservation to visit your local Best Buy for a free consultation. The Agents there will review the computer and see if it is something we can work on.
