QuestionWould this cover the installation of an m.2 ssd and take the OS and files from my old hhd and transfer it to the new ssd while keeping the hhd as an extra storage drive in my system? This is not a laptop.

- Answer From my understanding Total Tech Support services would be free except for the price of the new hardware ssd. The porting of data from the hdd to the ssd if not free would be reduced. FYI - I was quoted $99 for data migration without Total Tech Support.

- Answer You need to make a reservation. The techs are flexible and will take you as soon as they can once you are there. My experience has been great. The reservation protects YOUR time if they have a busy queue.

QuestionMy gaming desktop had to be factory reset due to problems ( only had it for 3 months ). After reset it gets constant OS_BOOT_FAILURE. Now after it powers up, it will shutdown and turn on again, making no progress. Can geek squad fix this?
