“I have a 75” Samsung and wall mount I purchased at Best Buy. Geek Squad installed my new 65” tv upstairs & with the man cave being finished, I need the 75” installed now too. 1) should I have spectrum out 1st? 2) will I need a cable box down too?”

You should only need one box top from Spectrum, but two channel boxes, one for each tv. Contact the Geek Squad to mount your new 75", provided you have a full service contract with them or paid for a one time service at the time you purchased the tv. After the tv is mounted, call Spectrum to make an appointment for a tech to install a channel box.
